What is Batch Pyrolysis Machine?Batch pyrolysis machine is a device that puts puts waste tires or waste plastics in a closed container, heats and cracks them at a certain temperature and pressure to produce liquid oil, non-condensable combustible gas and solid products. Because the working pattern of it is for batches comparing with the continuous pyrolysis plant which can work constantly. Besides, it covers less area and has lower energy consumption. The daily handling capacity is also small.
Raw Materials1. Waste tires: used motor tires, bicycle tires, car tires, OTR tires
2. Waste plastic: used cable skin, waste sole, used PE/PC/PP/PSABSPVC/PET, unclassified rubbers, industrial/household/medical garbage;
3. Oil sludge: the ground sludge, tank bottom sludge, the oily sludge, etc;
4. Aluminium-plastic solid waste: Waste aluminum foil, aluminum composite panels, aluminum composite materials, used car parts aluminum waste, etc.
The Final Products and Their Application
1. Fuel oil
Fuel oil is widely used in marine boiler fuels, furnace fuels, metallurgical furnaces, and other industrial furnace fuels. According to use, fuel oil can be divided into marine fuel oil, furnace fuel oil and other fuel oils.
2. Carbon black
Used for briquetting buring, or refined, which can be used as a new tire, rubber soles, pigment manufacturing materials.
3. Steel wire
It is mainly used for sold as scrap or remelting.
4. Aluminum ingots
The resulting aluminum ingots can be sold directly or used to make other aluminum products.
5. Combustible gas
It will be recycled by the equipment again, used for the heating material of the reactor, and it will save energy and reduce emissions.

Technological Process1. Put raw materials into reactor by auto-feeder, then heat the reactor. Do not stop heating the reactor when the temperature reaches nearly 250 degree Celsius, waste tyre will be transferred to oil gas.
2. The oil gas will be cooled by condenser to liquid oil then collected by oil tank.
3. The exhaust gas which can not be cooled to liquid oil will be recycled to heat the reactor. Smoke produced during processing can achieve national emission standard through dual desulfurization and dusting removal device.
4. After oil producing finished, give 3 hours for cooling the reactor,after that carbon black will be discharged automatically.

Technical Advantage
a) Safety
1) Two devices to avoid backfire in production: oil-water separator and anti-back fire device.
2) Vacuum device makes reactor working under ordinary pressure or negative pressure.
3) Temperature monitoring device to avoid excessive working temperature.
4) Pressure gage to monitor the pressure. If it goes above a certain level, the bell will alarm and the safety valve will release the pressure automatically.
5) Carbon black is discharged in a closed situation to avoid catching fire.
b) Environmental protection
1) The flue gas (caused by burning fuel to heat the reactor) will be purified and cooled by dust removal device, then can be released into air through chimney.
2) The syngas that can not be liquified to fuel oil will back to the furnace for burning.
c) Energy Saving
1) The whole reactor can be heated, so the raw material can be fully pyrolysised
2) Fire road is designed as spiral, fuel shall be fully burned
