DZL series coal/biomass fired steam boiler realizes almost zero pollution with the use of special dust collector solution (bag dust collector, double towers desulfurization, etc.). This series boiler is single drum horizontal type shell boiler, the combustion equipment is chain grate (small scale flaker is available), has the advantages of feed mechanically and strong adaptability of different fuels. The fuel could be II class bituminous coal, the diameter should be 6-25mm, and ash content should be less than 32.4%. Otherwise, DZL series boiler could also burn biomass fuel, including wood, straw, bagasse, rice husk, coconut shell, cotton seeds, peanut shell, etc.

Biomass Fired Boiler Burning process
Fuel falls from coal hopper onto the front of chain grate, moves along with the chain grate and will be preheated, dried, ignited, burned out. Slag will be discharged by slag remover(eliminator) at any time. Herring bone arch is adopted to improve igniting condition. Smoke forms between front and back arches vortex, completely mix with air, burns out and then goes after each other through smoke flue at two wings, front smoke box, threaded smoke tubes, cast iron economizer(for hot water boiler no cast iron economizer), dust remover, draft fan and will be emitted through chimney.

1)Horizontal ,3 pass and large furnace
Ensure the sufficient combustion.
The large diameter boiler increase the heating surface to ensure the high thermal efficiency.
2)The spirally corrugated tube
Strength the heat transfer and improve the thermal efficiency .The smoke in the tube has the distribution effect,the dust not easy to deposit ,the tube can clean by itself.
3)Arched tube plate
Reduce the thermal stress of weld; improve the tube plate suppleness;  simplify the structure and save the boiler room space.
4)High temperature resistance refractory brick
The furnace wall is poured by the heat resistance concrete and high temperature resistance refractory brick,decrease heat loss,increase the boiler thermal efficiency.
5)The economizer
Made of ND corrosion resistance steel,make full use of gas heat .reduce the exhaust temperature improve thermal efficiency.
6)Complete protection device
Deal with the situation of overpressure, over-temperature, water shortage and flameout.
