Raw Materials
1. Waste tires: used motor tires, bicycle tires, car tires, OTR tires
2. Waste plastic: used cable skin, waste sole, used PE/PC/PP/PSABSPVC/PET, unclassified rubbers, industrial/household/medical garbage;
3. Oil sludge: the ground sludge, tank bottom sludge, the oily sludge, etc;
4. Aluminium-plastic solid waste: Waste aluminum foil, aluminum composite panels, aluminum composite materials, used car parts, aluminum waste, etc.
Through the pyrolysis process, you can get fuel oil, carbon black, steel wire, combustible gas or aluminum ingots from these rawmaterials. The whole process is safe and environmentally friendly. We provide both batch type and continuous type pyrolysis machine , the continuous type machine is suitable for customers who have large amount of waste raw material needs to process per day, it can process 30ton-50ton waste per day continuously without stop -it means continuous feeding ,continuous producing oil , continuous discharging carbon black, and it is equipped with PLC system , so it's more efficient.
The biggest capacity for batch type machine is 15Ton per day, we also have 1ton , 4ton , 5 ton , 6 ton , 8 ton , 10ton, 12ton capacity , we can start next batch after finished the process of the first batch --feeding , oil producing , discharging carbon black and steel wire. It is more economic and we can get profit soonest.Working process of waste tyre pyrolysis machine
Feeding Of Used Tires (2.5 Hours) :Put the raw material into the pyrolysis reactor . Jinzhen Machine offers auto feeder machine to help feeding , saving time and labour. As long as the size of the tire is not larger than 1.4 meters, the tire can be directly put into the reactor. If they are larger OTR tires, we supply tire cutting machine.
Starts Heating (2 Hours) :When feeding is finished, closes the feeding port then ignites the heating system. The internal temperature goes up slowly in the first 2 hours.
Oil Production (10 Hours): Used tires break down into gas state and solid state under pyrolysis reaction. The gas state enters condensing system, gets liquified and becomes liquid fuel. The oil production process lasts 10 hours. The solid state that is carbon black and steel wire stays inside pyrolysis reactor waiting for discharging.
Cooling Down (3 Hours):When oil production is finished, leaves the machine to cool down for 3 hours before discharging.
Discharging Carbon Black and steel wire ( 3 Hours): Discharges carbon black from reactor by U-shape conveyor. It takes around 2.5 hours. Discharges steel wire mass from reactor by winch. It takes around 30 minutes.The End Products After Pyrolysis

1. With an auto welding machine for the reactor, it can not only greatly improve working efficiency but also guarantee the quality of welding seam, thus avoid explosion caused by gas leak.
2. Professional heating treatment and x-ray detection chamber are especially for welding.

4. Professional thermometer, pressure gauge and safety valve.
5. It is dangerous to burn exhaust gas(C1 to C4) without any safety measures. In our process, it is transferred first through the safety device and safe gas gun.Before burning, we should ensure the safety of production.

Q1: What kind of raw material can be used?

Q2: What are the end products?
If your raw material is tyres, end products are fuel oil, carbon black,steel wire and waste gas; if your raw material is rubber or plastics, then end products are fuel oil, carbon black and waste gas
Q3: What's the fuel of pyrolysis plant?
The fuel can be coal, charcoal, firewood, fuel oil, heavy oil and natural gas
Q4: What's the covering area of one set of 5-10 ton capacity pyrolysis plant?
The equipment covers 30 square meters(length20m*width15m). Besides raw material and end products storage areas,you also need to prepare workers' resting room and simple office, so totally 600-800 square meters land will be better
Q5: How many workers needed to operate the plant?
3-4 workers are enough for one set of pyrolysis plant. If you use auto-feeder and auto-discharging system, then 2 workers are ok

Q7: What about the usage of the oil extracted with this plant?
