DZH series coal/biomass fired steam boiler realizes almost zero pollution with the use of special dust collector solution. This series boiler is single drum horizontal type shell boiler, the combustion equipment is moving grate. The fuel could be II class bituminous coal and biomass fuel, the diameter of coal should be 6-25mm, and ash content should be less than 32.4%, and for the biomass fuel, carbon content should less than 50%, sulphur content less than 0.08%, and ash content less than 3%.
Working principle
The horizontal hand-fired biomass steam boiler is composed of a shell, a head, a furnace liner, a furnace roof, a U-shaped ring, a cupola, etc. The combustion chamber is arranged in the furnace liner, and the furnace is divided into two upper and lower chambers with a refractory concrete furnace arch. In the combustion chamber, the flue gas generated from the lower combustion enters the secondary combustion chamber through the throat of the refractory concrete furnace arch and is mixed with the secondary air input from the upper furnace door to be fully combusted. The high temperature flue gas generated is radiated and heat exchanged by the heating surface of the furnace. After that, convection heat exchange is performed again through the annular smoke box, and finally discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.
Applicable fuel This product uses a chain grate. The applicable fuel is shaped pellet fuel. A small amount of wood slats and blocks can be added, or it can be mixed with coal.

Spirally Corrugated Tube
Threaded flue gas pipes are arranged in the drum and smooth water wall pipes are arranged on both sides of the furnace. The heating area is large, and the heat transfer effect is better.
Fixed Grate
The grate plate is usually made of cast iron. After assembly, the necessary ventilation gap shall be kept between the plates, and a separate ventilation chamber which can adjust the air volume shall be set under the grate so that the air can enter the fuel layer through the gap for combustion.

(1) The pot barrel is composed of arch tube plate and threaded smoke pipe, so that the pot barrel is changed from a quasi-rigid body to a quasi-elastic body structure, and the stretch parts in the tube-plate area are eliminated to reduce the stress.The smoke pipe in the tube plate is changed from two return journey to single return journey, which solves the problem of crack in the tube plate.
(2) The bottom of the pot is arranged with an ascending pipe row, which eliminates the stagnant area at the bottom of the pot and makes the mud residue not easy to deposit. The high temperature area of the pot can be well cooled to prevent the bottom bulge of the pot.
(3) High efficiency heat transfer threaded smoke pipe is adopted to enhance the heat transfer effect and achieve the characteristics of boiler heating up and rapid pressure boost, thus improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
(4) Compact structure, compared with the same type of boiler, the shape size is small, save investment in boiler house infrastructure.
